This was not our first visit, as we dine at Peppermint several times each year and consistently enjoy the experience. During our visit, the buffet featured a delightful mix of Asian specialties alongside Italian selections, including a live pasta station and their signature homemade pizza station. We especially loved the freshly made pizzas, which were delicious and full of flavour. While I was standing at the Laksa station deciding what to try, Chef Hong approached me and patiently explained the dishes available at the buffet. He recommended several items, which we thoroughly enjoyed. His recommendations were excellent, and his knowledge, patience, and friendly personality made our dining experience even more memorable. The chefs at the live stations were also warm, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile. December 2025 We stayed at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay for a year-end staycation and had a wonderful experience. The check-in staff were warm, friendly, and professional, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, making for a great start to the day. From the moment I walked through the front door, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. This level of service extended throughout the hotel, from the reception team to the restaurant and bar staff. Everyone consistently made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the the durian building. Despite being in a tropical climate, the room stayed cool and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. ❤️ The swimming pool is a good size for relaxing and cooling off, though it’s more suited for dipping than actual swimming since it’s only about 1.2 meters deep. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food, although it can start to feel repetitive during a longer stay, even with the rotating menu options. One of the highlights of the hotel is the lobby on the fourth floor. It has a very tropical atmosphere with lots of greenery. The lobby also has a few birds visiting in the morning (in a cage) to add the tropical feeling. The bird then return to their place later in the afternoon. Overall great experience!”
